Sercatep's History
Welcome to our website. We are just in the beginning stages and will be adding additional photos and information, so check back occasionally to see what is new.
We have a small hobby kennel that is located in Grass Lake, Michigan, and have been breeding and exhibiting Miniature Schnauzers for over 35 years.
Our first Miniature Schnauzer was a salt and pepper which produced our first Champion Sercatep’s Taste of Honey. Shortly after that we discovered the black and silver color and fell in love with the color and the challenge. We purchased Tammashann's Town Strutter as a puppy from the Tomanicas, and he became our first black & silver champion. At that time it was rare to see a black and silver in the ring. We began to work with the recessive black and silver color to create a competitive line that fit our idea of the type of Miniature Schnauzer we wanted to love and exhibit. As you look through our photos it will become apparent that we have done just that.
